The humility of a psychopath. Otherwise, I’m quite speechless.

If Novella throws Hall under the bus to stand by his precious Becky, the “skeptical movement” will be essentially dissolved.
The skeptchicks ought to elevate Dr. Harriet to icon status as a female skeptic, scientist, and writer. Instead of standing on her on her shoulders, they drag her down in the mud where they wallow..
When atheists claim belief in God or religious faith are unnecessary to be an ethical or good person, PZ and Co. make lying fools out of them. Novella is a case study in cognitive bias. If anyone keeps digging a deeper and deeper hole, it’s him by his mind-blowing cognitive dissidence cataloged in black and white, as well as digital audio, week after week. I would probably subscribe to the SGU podcast if listening to RW did make entertainment into sheer torture.

I have only a passing knowledge of skeptics (seen some good stuff by Randi).. I bumped into this stuff via Gollum’s blog (uber toilet slave Phil Plait, for the uninitiated), although I could never understand why he called himself a skeptic.
I was impressed when they talked about The Myth of Consistent Skepticism: The Cautionary Case of Albert Einstein.. and biased assimilation, belief perseverance. And to see Slave Novella pull this shit.. wow.. these fuckwits dont understand cause and effect when it comes to the HolyYoni, do they?
Got to love Harriet.. Team Woman® over justice
First, I’d like to say that I admire you and value the work you have done. I bought one of your necklaces years ago (“Quackery is for the birds”) and have worn it frequently and gotten a lot of compliments on it. I particularly appreciate your artistic talents, since I have none of my own – can’t even draw a decent stick figure. I applaud your raising money for scholarships to bring more women to TAM. I appreciate the hard work you have done promoting the participation of women in skepticism.
I also value the Skepchick organization and appreciate what it has accomplished. It has done a lot to raise consciousness and promote women in skepticism.
