And as for other people that refuse to give up when they are reaching for the stars, it is also the anniversary of October Revolution and Joseph Stalin first entering the provisional government of Bolshevik Russia. Just look how far he got.
It’s a happy day all round. You might want to celebrate by denouncing some more random people that disagree with you to whatever authorities you think care.

On an uncharacteristically serious note, if I hadn’t mentioned before, I really have reservations about making the comparisons to mass-murdering fascist regimes. The rule that has been drilled into my head is that historical analogies are always wrong. Comparing to Orwellian dystopia, on the other hand, I can accept. Anyway!

Oh point well and truly taken. However, I do not stick to specifics and rotate between idiocies as circumstance dictates. I personally think that the political distinctions between various totalitarianisms is irrelevant – the important things that unify them never vary. They all want absolute control, zero criticism, and worship for infallibility. They also have no sense of humour whatsoever.
However, I still maintain that the most valid comparison for the baboons is to contemporary islamism. Yesterday was just a coincidence of events occurring that are very much from the same ideological cesspit that the baboon board wallows in is all.
